Sumedha Chablani, M.D.

Dr. Chablani is an excellent doctor. I have been seeing her for more than a year now. She is highly skilled and is so humble and caring. She has excellent bedside manner and makes sure before you leave the office you have all of your follow up appointments, tests, and also sends a recap message just to make sure she didn't miss anything. I have so much confidence in her my family sees her too. She is as great to them as she is to me. Her staff loves and respects her. Watching patients leave as I wait, appear happy when they leave her care. NYU Langone Health has a great doctor.

Dr. Chablani is an amazing doctor. She will continue to test until she has a diagnosis. She explains everything so you understand what she is doing and what you have to do as the patient. She listens to her patients and never rushes you. She is compassionate and professional. She communicates test results and reviews them with you quickly. I communicate with her via my chart when I have a question and she responds in a timely manner. I know I am in good hands with her treating me. She is a great doctor.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Chablani regularly for more than a year now. She is patient, caring and an excellent communicator. She is an extremely capable clinician and has worked with me to find more effective treatments and make medication adjustments. She and her staff respond immediately to my calls and emails and when I arrive for appointments I am seen promptly. My quality of life is in her hands and I trust her. My highest recommendation!

Dr. Chablani is very caring, thoughtful and understanding of my medical concerns. She always takes the time to discuss my medical situation and makes sure I feel comfortable with my treatment plan. While we might not always know what is the source of my medical problems (since my test results are inconclusive), she continues to search for answers and try different medicines to find the best results. During my appointments, I am treated as a person and not just another patient. I would highly recommend going to Dr. Chablani! She is my favorite doctor! Not sure why there are any negative comments for Dr. Chablani. Anyone who says otherwise clearly hasn't met her. It's NYU's policy that a patient might not be able to be seen if they are more than 15 minutes late (since popular doctors have a very tight schedule). Dr. Chablani has a 6 month waiting period for an appointment, which is evidence enough that she's excellent at what she does and has plenty of patients packed on her schedule! She doesn't need to ask or pay patients to post reviews (as the negative post below from "JB" incorrectly and rudely suggests). Her patients are more than happy to support such a wonderful and caring doctor and protect her reputation. In short, Dr. Chablani is awesome, kind and really great at her job. I cannot thank her enough for how she has handled my treatment plan and helped me to recover.
