If I could give this doctor 0 stars, I would. She unfortunately is the embodiment of the worst stereotypes of doctors. She doesn't listen, she's lazy and anything she can't immediately explain, she reduces it to "being all in my head". I went to this doctor for putting the pieces of my diagnosis together. I had been very sick for a few weeks and in and out of the hospital. She didn't ask many questions but she asked them all 3 or 4 times to which I'd give the same response and she'd give the same opinion, over and over. It became very clear she was not listening to a word I said or she was immediately forgetting what I had said 30 seconds prior. I decided to share some bloodwork so she'd have something concrete she could look at. She seemed only interested in the basic CBC which was abnormal though nothing necessarily pointed to anything. So I gave her access to various tests by various doctors and specialists. She immediately seemed overwhelmed. So I started pointing to various abnormal tests. The first test I showed her was a basic test which measures inflammation in the body (CRP) and she told me she told me she had never seen that test before. I decided to let her wander through my various other tests to maybe come up with her own conclusion. She didn't look through anything. She decided to ask me if I had a psychiatrist and therapist because I'm presenting with some anxiety. And she said this 4 times and asked me 4 times if I had either. At that point, I checked out of the appointment. Two days later I received a call from another doctor who I had seen that same day (not Gupta) that I was missing almost all my immoglobins in my blood and essentially had no immune system. He recommended a wonderful immunologist. I was diagnosed with Cvid which is unfortunately not that rare but potentially very deadly. Dr. Sadhana Gupta unfortunately is someone who makes interactions very difficult through her poor listening skills and poor memory. She either seems unwilling or unable to do the very basics required of her job and craft. I don't necessarily know if she started her career as lost and incompetent but as of recently she isn't a functioning real doctor. My suggestion to her is to take some time off and truly evaluate herself and her competency before she gets sued for malpractice. To potential patients: don't go to Sadhana Gupta. She will not help you.

Visited the urgent care in 2018 for a respitory infection. Ive had them before so i was familiar with the symptoms. I informed her that i am quite prone to getting them and no it was not the flu. She failed to listen and further more provided me with antiboitics that I am allergic too. If my pharmacist had not caught it i would not be here today. The lack of listening skills is horrible. When they were giving out bed side manners and proper skills to doctors the doc was out smoking or looking at the clouds.

Dr. Gupta is extremely kind and professional. She listens intently and and is very compassionate. I highly recommend her based on my personal experience.
