Best eye doctor around

Had a really disappointing experience here. The doctor was rude throughout the exam, and the staff seemed solely focused on pushing you toward a purchase rather than actually helping you. There was no warmth, no patience, and no courtesy. When I asked simple questions I didn’t know the answers to, instead of explaining, they made me feel ignorant and told me to “go talk to my insurance.” That’s not how you treat someone who just wants to understand their options. What should have been a straightforward eye exam turned into an uncomfortable, stressful experience. If you want to feel respected and take your time exploring frames without pressure, I’d look elsewhere.
