Both dentists and staff are great and the office is very clean however, my review is based on them no longer having weekend appointments because “it’s hard to find a hygienist to work weekends” I work in queens and was upset to find out they no longer took Saturday appointments so I made an appointment for 6pm (months in advance and they were booked nearly solid mind you!). Of course today is the day I hit crazy traffic on the BQE and I’m told if I’m more than 10mins late they won’t be able to take me since they book each appointment for 30mins. Which is understandable but what I don’t understand how they aren’t open weekends anymore? Now I have to find a new dentist because who knows what traffic will be like on my next appointment? What a shame because I really liked this office

i've never found a doctor's office that honors the appointments like they do... you walk in on time and get seen right away. what a novel concept! staff, hygienists, doctors are all great as well.

I have been going to office for years i recently retired and told them before any work was done i retired, they told me its the same insurance dont worry . I received a bill because they did not take my insurance now . I dont mind paying for my mistakes but i feel it was there mistake . No appreciation for years of business from me speaks Avoid any business that will not stand behind their word.

The Dr's are great and no pain, they are the best!!!
