Spent over a month trying to get the office to submit paperwork for a prior authorization. Meanwhile, I am out of medication, and they don't seem to care. Expect to be on hold for 30+ minutes when you call. This is unacceptable. Access to medication is an important part of patient care, and a rheumatologist should be concerned if the office isn't moving in a timely fashion.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this office. It has been two weeks since my visit, and despite being told my results would be delivered via phone, I have yet to receive a call. I have tried reaching out multiple times with no success. Remarkably, while they can't seem to find the time to provide my medical results, they had no trouble sending me the bill.

Dr Crane is amazing. He really changed my life. He is patient and extremely knowledgeable. His kindness and patience are the attributes that make him an wonderful doctor!! I also want to give extremely high praise to his staff. I'm highly recommend him and his team.

Dr. Crane has been my internist for almost 20 years. He has provided excellent care AND runs a very efficient operation! The ability to have the bloodwork on the spot (with the most professional Martha) is a big win. He also takes time and it never feels rushed. :)

Here for AS exam. The staff members are friendly and helpful and Dr. Crane is very understanding and professional! That said, the online appointment system could be set up better Update: after my third visit with Dr. Crane. I will keep the 5-star rating.
