Disorganized office with poor communication and frequent double-booking of appointments, it’s not worth the time or hassle. The front desk experience, particularly with Cristal, was rude and aggressive, which made the visit even more frustrating. While Dr. Kim is a good doctor, the overall service completely overshadows the quality of care. There are plenty of other practitioners and dentists who offer both professionalism and respect. I'd recommend going elsewhere.

I have been scouting thoroughly few years and finally found the best one. I have been sick and tired of over-diagnosis. The doc never does that and only does the essentials and plus super kind and informative. Hands down the best experience ever.

Very rude person making appointments. Before the end of the conversation you don't feel like going to their office. Very unprofessional - should be selling veggies in the farmer's market.

Everybody is very professional and friendly in the office. The doctor is doing amazing job, provides all the necessary explanations and everything is done quickly and with the great quality.
