I had a very bad experience with this doctor. A few people recommended her and I gave her a shot but I was highly disappointed with my experience. She diagnosed my daughter with torticollis at 2 months old and told me that insurance would not cover the physical therapy for this and gave me the name of her "friend" to go to. I spent over $1000 on physical therapy when a friend told me that this could be covered at a hospital clinic. Needless to say, we immediately left her practice and found someone much more competent. She also in the past told me to only use "premium" diapers as if we have the money to do this. She might have been good years ago but I would go somewhere else.

Tried to get my kids enrolled to be seen. She wouldn't accept my child because she wasnt up to date on her vaccines even tho the point of the visit was to update her. How is this serving the community?

We have been going to Dr. Brand since our oldest was born, and we would not take our children to anyone else! Dr. Brand and her whole team (the other doctors, the nurses, the front office staff) are absolutely amazing in every way. You can get a doctor from her practice on the phone 24/7 (we know because we’ve called at 3am on a weekend). They always follow-up and check-in when your child is sick. The front office is helpful and kind, the nurses are patient and knowledgeable, and Dr. Brand is simply the most thorough, hard-working, caring, and trusted doctor you can ever have for your children. Cannot recommend this practice enough.

We had a great experience with her for our son. She is very thorough and promptly returns phone calls. We are moving and therefore are switching doctors, but I would highly recommend her.
