This place is unbelievable! I booked an appointment with Dr. Rachel Bregman after checking that she takes my insurance and my plan on my insurance's website and zocdoc. I went to my appointment today. The (rude) women at the front desk told me that the insurance person had to check that they accept my plan. After more than 35 minutes, they finally told me that my plan is out of network. Instead of checking that before my appointment (that I booked more than a week ago!) they had me wait for NOTHING. I left without seeing the doctor. This place is such a waste of time! Avoid this doctor!
