I recently visited Dr. Distlers's office and I had a great experience from start to finish. The doctor and his team are incredibly timely, efficient, and professional. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, friendly, and made me feel truly comfortable throughout my visits. I really appreciated how quickly they answered phone calls and how promptly they addressed any concerns or questions I had. I feel confident and at ease trusting my care to Dr. Distler and his dedicated team.

Dr distlers office and staff was amazing. I had ongoing pain for months and no one would listen to me but he sat with me and told me his plan and executed it well. We did my colonoscopy and endoscopy and he was able to get to the root of the cause. At Westside GI the technician were all friendly and treated me well. The nurses in the back were particularly nice as well especially Tomas, ensuring I was comfortable. Overall Great experience with him , Dr Distler is kind, intelligent and knowledgeable.

I suffer from high anxiety and panic and just the fact that, starting from the very moment I met Dr Distler and his team @83st and 54th st, my anxiety was gone the moment Dr Distler said I would be fine. Actually it left in his reassuring and pleasant hello. I must say it takes a village and the best team i have ever encountered. Down to earth, polite, attentive, kind, caring, reassuring, im sure each patient feels the same as I. THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. PETER DISTLER and all your medical team who's taken great care of me to not feel the slightest bit of anxiety, Feeling safe and truly cared for. I told the staff I'll be in next week for the care, great nap & 5 star snacks lol. For Anyone who has GI appts and need to see a Gastrointerologist, ask for Dr Distler. Hes THE BEST OF THE BEST. He's the Man! His team is the bomb. I hope he gets to read this and know just how truly appreciated he is, they are by me. He's awesome and so is all his team. Its like their handpicked. Dr. Distler is an amazing and compassionate gastroenterologist. From the very first visit, he made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything in a clear and reassuring way. His kindness, patience, and genuine care truly stand out, and I always feel confident that I am in good hands especially as a queer patient. I’m very grateful for the excellent care he provides and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring.

Dr. Distler is a great doctor, very professional, caring & attentive as to what the patient’s concern, making me comfortable & feel assured about the procedure without fear. He was been my GI doctor for a long time. Also the staff are wonderful, very nice, accommodating & helpful. 100% recommend this place to anyone seeking for GI !
