My experience with Dr. Kwan was was very disappointing. He spent more time bragging about his lifestyle than actually listening to my concerns, making me feel unheard as a patient. On top of that, he treats his staff poorly, often frowning upon them, which creates an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. The office itself is small, outdated, and in desperate need of upgrades—it felt dirty and unkempt, which only added to the negative experience. Overall, I would not recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care for nuero.

Dr Kwan was very helpful and respectful. I give him 5 stars.
