Google review (Aurora Autumn (Season of Grace)): Superb service. I visited Dr. Bacall in May of 2024 for the first time. I found him through my local 371 insurance website. The service was quick. I arrived early and was seen on time for my appointment. Dr. Bacall is very patient center and caring. Some may call him old school but that is my preference especially when I’ve tried others who claim to be more advanced and don’t know anything about caring for patient or respecting time. I went in the morning. I spent about an hour to get scans and cleaning. I’m excited to return in 6 months and have starting sharing his information with family members. The office was easy to locate. The B44 and B9 buses stops nearby. The B41 is not so far either.

I call his office because my dentist no longer takes my insurance and I need a root canal. He said he was uncomfortable doing it without even checking my tooth. Just based off of a phone call. I thought doctors tried to help he didn't even attempt.

Very professional and competent dentist. He will drive you through the whole process and explain it to you. He is also very kind and nice. Thank you.

Never full....very nice guy .....explained everything as he work took his time....great job I highly recommend anyone to go here......

Never crowded. No wait time. Efficienct dentist. Not rushing. I highly recommend
