Dr. Arcentales and her team are wonderful. Everyone is very professional and helpful. D. Arcentales takes time to listen and explains issues thoroughly. She's extremely knowledgeable and kind.

Dr. Arcentales is an excellent doctor with an agreeable demeanor. But others in this office communicate poorly. They issued a script with instructions to go to a testing lab when in fact the script was for a radiology unit. When I went to their office for clarification, they talked down to me. I know a thing or two about communicating. I'm a retired award-winning senior editor who has published two books.

She's the most caring doctor Ive ever.She takes her time during the visit and never had a problem explaining information that I don't understand. God Bless her.

Dr. Arcentales is a genuine and sincere doctor. You can tell she has a real interest in all her patients, she not in it for the money as most doctors are. I reccomend a few of my family members to her and they all feel the same way about her. She doesn't talk down to you as most doctors do. She is the best doctor that I ever had, and I had many.
