Very bad! Experienced a lot of pain. Dr never came to see me. A nurse or Nurse Practitioner stayed with me long after the office closed. I was literally writhing in pain long after the colonoscopy was over. No explanation, notes following stated all was normal!! It has been approximately 2 years since this traumatic experience. I have a long history of diverticulitis and have never experienced pain post procedure, never. A few days ago, scared as I was, I went to Northwell Greenwich Village had the same procedure, no pain, no issues. This inspired me to finally tell my story, my fear is over. Everything depends on the practitioner and his or her support staff!!

I went to her for a colonoscopy & she found a severe stomach infection. Her colonscopy was pain free she was very professional, respectful & listened she gives good instructions. I would return but l dont think she's in 14 st anymore.

It's hard to feel like I'm getting good care when the office always over books appointments and keeps people who are unable to eat or drink waiting hours past their appointment time. I was two minutes late one time and they started calling me to see if I was still coming. I had to remind them to call in my prescription before a procedure. I can't get healthy with that kind of stress out on me and seeing it put on other patients.

Dr Lau is a true professional. She has been taking care of my health for the last few years. Dr Lau has always patiently listened to my health issues and provided thorough diagnoses and recommendations to the issues. I am very happy with Dr Lau and her office staffs for providing all necessary needs for my procedures as well as helping with my insurance.

Dr Nancy Lau is a very kind doctor! She is very thorough. My appointment with her was on time. Her office staff is very pleasant and helpful.
