Very unprofessional customer service from both the receptionist and the Doctor. My mom has been a patient with them for a year and there is no update on her health. I call them for test results, they place me on hold for the longest just to end up hanging and never returning a call. Not only that, but I go to the clinic to speak with the doctor, the reception tells you to wait and sit and see if the doctor comes. Based on our experience with doctor Hanna, we are unpleasant with the neglect on our time. Very unprofessional tone of speaking when delivering information, lacking empathy. Instead of calming a patient, they send them home upset and worried.

Very unprofessional. I am calling for a patient who needed a 2015 for transportation, the Dr. Claims he is not doing any forms until January. This Patient has never used Transportation and Was discharged from ER , the patient needed this form for transportation. Meanwhile the office had the person on hold for a hour and noone came back to answer the call. Very unprofessional office. Meanwhile this is a Patient of this doctor. How unprofessional to place a Person on hold for a hour and not even attend to the phone call, Wow never have I experienced this with a medical office ,I will be calling my insurance to Report this type of mannerisms to clients.

Dr Hanna is east Tremonts best family doctor for years my community loves his attentive care especially hypertension care best ! Loveee the crew aswell !

I have been a patient for over 10 yrs he's awesome professional caring doctor. Even though I no longer live near by he's the doctor for me and my family I wouldn't change a thing.
