Dr. Datson is a one of a kind doctor! From the moment I went to his office to the moment I was finished with my wisdom tooth extraction I felt safe, and in great hands. I was extremely nervous prior to the wisdom tooth extraction and let me tell you, I wish I knew how fast and seamless it would be. It took about 1 minute and my tooth was out, I couldn’t believe how fast and painless it was. He’s an amazing doctor, with genuine care and kindness for his patients. He’s truly a professional at what he does. His assistant Marie is amazing in every way. She made me feel so safe and reassured me that with Dr Datson, I’m in great hands! Would highly recommend him for any dental prosecutes you need!

I had a very positive experience at the office the staff was friendly and attentive. Marie made me feel especially comfortable during the appt being I had a semi- emergency.The Dr did such a good Job I didn't have any pain after and there was no swelling by following the at home instructions. BEWARE: THEY ASK YOU TO LEAVE A POSITIVE REVIEW BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE EXAM CHAIR and will check to confirm you have. Dr. Moses was quick and informative, though there were a lack of post op instructions. The med assistant who assisted him during the procedure was kind as well. The billing staff (Sherry I think) at the office is another story. I was told over the span of months that a claim had been filed for a procedure that I paid OUT OF POCKET for but is FULLY COVERED by my insurance was sent, but it was not. When they finally got to it about 2.5 months later, they refused to update an old code that is stalling the reimbursement for my out of pocket costs and is giving me the run around. Why as a patient am I having to chase you to do your job for something I'm entitled to? As a patient, please make sure you know your rights and full evidence of benefits before giving them a dime.

Dr. Damson is a great professional. I had an amazing experience pain free. I appreciate him educating me on the procedure that was being done. Thank you again ! I would recommend him for any dental work.
