the wait times are extremely long here and always wait an hour after my appointment before they take me in.. however mike the hygienist is amazing and did an excellent job. very hands on in telling you what you need and how to maintain your teeth correctly. i recommend mike he is amazing

I waited nearly two hours to receive an X-ray, and after the imaging was completed, I was sent back to the waiting room for an additional 30 minutes. I was then called back into the room and waited another 15 minutes before being seen. Overall, the extended wait times and lack of communication made for a very disappointing experience. I hope improvements can be made to better manage patient flow and communication in the future.

This dental office is an absolute nightmare. The waiting room was packed with people, forcing everyone to sit in cramped, uncomfortable conditions for an exorbitant amount of time. It was clear that the office grossly overbooks appointments, showing a blatant disregard for patients' time and well-being.To make matters worse, the dental assistant was an 18-year-old who appeared to be high on drugs. This is not only unprofessional but also extremely concerning for patient safety. The staff was rude and unhelpful, adding to the overall misery of the experience. If you value your time, health, and sanity, avoid this place at all costs. This is by far the worst dental practice I've ever encountered in Brooklyn

I started going there a ccouple of months ago to get a tooth pulled . The dr suggested seeing that I had so many missing teeth in the Bach to get dentures I told him that I couldn’t use that. So he convinced me to get implants I agreed not knowing that it takes 5 months total to do. And that my insurance don’t cover it. Ok fine so it was suggested that I apply for cherry credit ok np I do that. They stat the process for the implants. I let the dr. Know that I have to be put to sleep for the procedure. Ok fine. Ok I realized that the tooth I went in for was still never removed. So the second visit for the implant. Is to cut the gums I’m put to sleep. And the tooth still isn’t removed. I’m told because he has another patient waiting. But I was there since 9 am and still have this tooth in mouth hurting me. Plus he’s telling me it’s $19,00 to put me sleep wow o no he should have done it when I was a sleep the last time

I went to the Ave P location and my experience was terrible. Wait times are excessive! You can tell by all of the people in the wait room that money is more important than quality service. (Why book so many?) I waited an hour and a half (from 4-5:30) to be seen, and then was finally called to the back, where there was confusion about which dentist would fill my cavity. Ten minutes later, as I'm sitting in the reclining chair with the tissue paper around my neck, I was told I would have to come back because they are too busy to fill my one cavity! Someone make it make sense! I walked out.
