His secretary is also very kind, organized, and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and comfortable from scheduling appointments to answering patient questions.

Dr.charny , Mikhail is the best neurologist his bin my Doctor for around 10 hrs. or more very compassionate, smart, & helps you & guides you through nerve test & very helpful & patient Doctor he take his time & listens when u speak doesn't rush u out of his office very professional in what he does & helpful if u need note for physical therapy.. he writes exactly what therapist needs to know, muscle aches, & pains stiff joints etc. So that physical therapist knows how to work on ur massages.. to help relieve pain & Street on ur body. I absolutely recommend 👌 Dr.Mikhail, Charly he's the best.

I've been seeing Dr. Charny for a few months now and have had a truly positive experience. He is extremely thorough and very kind. Also one of the first doctors I've been to in NYC that doesn't have catty, nasty girls working the front desk. His receptionist is very accommodating to my schedule and has even called and checked in to see how I was doing after some tests, which I found very thoughtful. Overall really impressed with the level of care.

No doctor is more compassionate, hardworking, knowledgeable or thorough than Dr. Charny. I can’t say enough good things. He spent hours with me, gave me a detailed explanation of my diagnosis and incredibly helpful advice. He is truly one of the absolute best neurologists in all of New York City and the only one I trust. (Great customer service from the front desk personnel as well!)

Dr. Charny is very professional, knowledgeable, and took his time to listen and then explain what he thought about my condition. He is very polite and patient, made my visit comfortable. His secretary Helen was friendly and help me with my paperwork. I would highly recommend Dr. Charny.
