I’ve been taking my kids to this doctor for years, but today was the breaking point—I had to transfer to a new doctor. If you’re not Korean, be prepared to wait at least two hours while others are taken ahead of you, no matter how long you’ve been a patient. Asking for a referral to a specialist is almost impossible. You have to beg for it, and most of the time, she refuses or gets visibly upset, as if you’ve offended her by even asking. Today, I simply called to ask for a recommendation—not even a referral—for a psychologist my daughter’s school suggested. Her response? She didn’t understand why I would ask her something like that and insisted she had to see my daughter first. When I explained that I wasn’t asking for an official referral, just a simple recommendation for someone she trusts, she refused to help and told me to call my insurance instead. Are you actually a doctor? Do you even care about the well-being of your patients? I’m disgusted.

I had a disappointing experience at this pediatric clinic. The staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive, which made the visit stressful. Additionally, the wait time was excessively long, even with an appointment. I expected better care and communication, especially when it comes to my child's health. I won’t be returning

I’ve had this doctor my whole life. The nurses are great and so nice but she dismisses my issues and says that I’m fine when I’m clearly not. You’re better off going to urgent care. I went in because I couldn’t move my neck one morning and I was in unbelievable amount of pain. She grabbed my head and started twisting and turning. It hurt so bad that I had to push her off in order to stop her since she ignored me when I told her to stop. I walked away with a panic attack. That was the last time I saw her and I’m switching my doctor.

Had her my entire life. I do not like the fact that she has downgraded my weight before when it is genetics. I don’t think Doctors are supposed to tell patients to gain weight, she clearly doesn’t believe in fast metabolism. Two years ago, she was trying to pressure the flu shot on me after I told her three times no. Called the office today and the nurse couldn’t answer my simple question about covid guidelines. Nurses and Doctors should know the answers about covid we been in this trauma for years unbelievable. I wish I can switch my doctor then again Doctors really don’t care about you just want your money which is sick. I would avoid this Doctor if you have fast metabolism she is humiliating and disrespectful when it comes to weight.

Been going here for years. She can be a bit stubborn at times like Jennifer Park mentioned. However she does seem to really care for my kids and even makes time to see them as walk in patients last minute. Her staff are very welcoming and has been very quick to acknowledge you as you walk in as also making appointments. Took off a star because I also feel like she can open her ears a bit more to listen and address patients concerns a bit more instead of dismissing them based on her professional opinion. Sometimes patients can have issues and problems that stray from the norm and can be resolved if the dr is a bit more attentive to their needs. Regardless I do feel that she does seem to really care for her patients and did dismiss our concerns and maybe Jennifer’s concerns not because she didn’t care but didn’t know how big a problem it is for us.
