Headaches above ~65 dB, persistent ear pain, and balance issues were brushed off as “normal” or “should resolve,” and the appointment wrapped up quickly. Unreported procedure. A small piece of skin/debris was removed from the ear drum, yet this intervention never appeared in the visit summary, making the condition look less serious on paper. Mismatch between conversation and chart. Symptoms acknowledged during the exam were noticeably downplayed in the written notes, creating two conflicting accounts. Online reputation doesn’t align with reality. Earlier reviews praise thorough, empathetic care; that level of attention was not evident in this appointment. Sparse follow-up guidance. No referral for vertigo evaluation and only vague advice to “monitor symptoms.” Patients may need to advocate assertively or consider another ENT, as the quality of care experienced here did not match expectations set by prior reviews.

Dr Alleva and his colleagues are very professional with their clients.Dr Hartman who is part of his team,clerical and nursing staff were very good.Dr Alleva highly qualified and knowledgeable.
