The wait to see the doctor was too long. And the room's air quality is extremely poor. I had no sore throat before I was in the building and I couldn't stand the air quality any longer since I felt a sore throat coming on. The lobby seems mycotoxin aflatoxin mold spores infested. I saw no air purifiers to help rectify the situation. I don't recommend this practice to anyone that may have allergies. Stay far away.

By far the most disgusting form of communication I have ever received from a doctors office. This doctor should not even be in practice. I'm a Nurse calling for medication refill--both his assistant and himself were extremely rude and unprofessional. They cut me off and stated "ughhh excuse me we have to go, we sent it already ok...ok?! we have to go. good bye' And hung up the phone. These type of people have zero business in the health care profession. ZERO!!

I never give reviews, but felt compelled to give one now, for the first time. Dr. Max P Francois, YOUR ATTITUDE IS DISGUSTING!. You, as a doctor, and fellow countryman of mine, I'd expect someone of your stature and background to have more tact and humility with your level of responsibility. As someone who also works with patients in the community, I was greatly disappointed and upset with your overall attitude, and professionalism, or lack thereof, while handling of a simple call concering linkage to pain management for one of my clients. You may be a doctor, thank GOD you're not mine! Have a nice day! :))))))

Dr. Francois is simply the most genuine, caring and knowledgeable doctor I’ve ever had. He’s also a great friend. You would be doing yourself a disservice by going to another physician.

Hands down the best Dr. In NYC. No non-sense, very caring and incredibly knowledgeable. There aren't many doctors with his bedside manner, knowledge and attentiveness anymore. You might wait in the waiting area a little bit but your visit will be worth the wait.
