Mark A Hill, D.O.

While I do not know Dr. Mark Hill, his staff's operational abilities are abysmal. Do not expect operational requests to occur within a reasonable period, if they are fulfilled at all. Expect requests to be lost, ignored, or done incorrectly. Expect the staff to lie to you about status, to get off the phone quicker. Expect the staff to talk down to you if you question what takes so long. Also expect the staff to state they do not know one another if you call more than once, referencing a previous conversation. While I personally do NOT use Dr Mark Hill, I would never trust my medical records or results in the hands of his staff. Far too great of an unnecessary liability for something far too important - your health.

Today at 3pm August 5 2025 I called dr mark hills office to retrieve my referrals . A nurse picked up and I spoke to her about the pain I was in and that I waited over two weeks for a referral she had such a horrible attitude that I asked her did she like her job and she went off it was horrible when I asked her name she said gtfoh to me and cursed and hung up when I called back a manager picked up the one that’s always in the front and told me did I get a name I told her I asked and the lady cursed me out ! Not only did the manager justify her behavior she started to twist the story on me as if I was being ignorant meanwhile she knew who it was . When I asked who was in charge she said dr mark hill and I said well does he know and she said yes he heard it all and doesn’t wanna hear it from you either I said are you serious! I have never ever been treated with such disrespect ! The place is horrible papers all over they wanna make you wait weeks for a referral don’t go to them!! I filed a report on what happened as well . I can’t believe that they can protect their worker who cursed me out they knew exactly who it was too . I will not ever step foot in that place . Shame on you dr mark hill you are a doctor ! And then the manager wanna tell me I’ve never been a manager before the audacity to argue with me to justify a worker disgusting and low class!!! Do not go here !!!! You have been warned ! Something is seriously wrong with this place it needs to be checked!!!

This office is so unorganized, I reside in Florida and my aunt who lives in the Bronx sees Dr. Hill. The office is aware of the situation so communication is vital as I cannot be there physically to assist. I had to call numerous times to get the correct form filled out so my aunt can get home care. After numerous calls . One of the receptionists said Dr. Hill said that I should stop calling. Rude ! I called Humana to call his office directly on my behalf and they were hung up on and had to call back ! I will be switching her doctor as I just cannot believe a doctor and a receptionist would say this to me ! Rude , unprofessional and so disorganized. Where is the compassion knowing my situation. Waited a whole day for doctor to call me he never did when I was reassured he would. I felt like I was bothering them when mistakes were being made on their part all along hence all my calls. Just rude and unprofessional in my eyes.

I started seeing Dr. Hill in 2011 and stopped going because I feel Dr. Hill is only in the business to make money and puts the patients best interest last. He used to be so caring and thoughtful. As you can see from the reviews below, he has changed. I have even seen him go at it with patients (OMG). He has some amazing workers there that are no longer there. After a while, I felt I wasn't getting the attention I deserved. He gives you so many unnecessary tests just to add on to the bill of charges. On top of that, I realized things were bad when the doctor printed me out blood-work from 2017 when I saw him in 2019. I realized he printed the wrong blood-work when I did a follow-up appointment. The last time I saw him, I did a COVID Test and I still have not received the results and that was May 2020. I hope Dr. Hill recovers his humanity. I will never ever step in his Doctors office again. I wish him the best because I never ever gave them any problems and was always kind. And looking at his reviews, it seems he is losing more and more patients.

First time there today & I was very pleased. I was late to my appointment so I expected to have a long wait but I didn't at all to what I was normally used to. The staff was friendly. The medical assistants made my children feel very comfortable that they didn't even cry when they got their blood drawn & shots. Last, but not least Dr.Hill was very pleasant.
