Fantastic physician , very caring , knowledgeable & always ready to assist. someone who truly cares about her patients & is very passionate about medicine . i have nothing but great experiences whenever i visit whether if its for a check up or feeling ill , & she is very responsive via email to any questions or concerns one may have . We need more doctors like her !

Exceptionally attentive, knowledgeable, great "bedside manner", and responsive. I came to see Dr Bertisch at Urgent Care facility in NYU Midtown with upper respiratory virus and wheezing sound and terrible cough (bronchitis). I loved the fact she did not want to prescribe me antibiotics but instead suggested to take some over the counter medication and prescribed a magic inhaler that did the trick. Within 1 week I was like new (while my colleagues, who have the same virus have been coughing for 3-5 weeks!). Cannot recommend Dr. Bertisch enough!
