Luis Glodowski, MD

While Dr Glodowski has been a thoughtful, kind PCP for me in the past, I’ve had to switch doctors because of difficulties the practice is facing. They have cancelled multiple appointments this year, and the ones they’ve kept have been delayed over an hour past the appointment time. I’ve been calling for weeks to cancel an appointment and get medical records sent to my new PCP, and aside from a confused, off topic message left by the Dr at 9:45 at night, they have not been answering or returning calls. I stopped by last week to take care of this in person, but the practice was closed with a handwritten sign indicating they had moved down a floor. I was unable to find the practice there either. I hope they’re able to reopen and get some better staffing, but I can’t recommend them as is.

First off, I am SO disappointed in this place lately. I have been coming here for years for the deli and Polish foods. In the past week, not only did I leave with nothing in hand TWICE after waiting 30 mins, as well as I have received OLD deli, both cheese and chicken roll meat. When deli workers (and owner that walks around) see that there are 20 people in line and only 3 of the 5 deli workers working, they should all be on deck at that given time. Not even mentioning the speed of some of the workers. Today several deli workers just stood at the meat section talking while a long line formed. By the time I left 30 mins later (and left all my other stuff too) they still didnt join to help. I am now searching for a new go to deli. Sincerely, A now past customer.

Im a patient for over 12 years but recently im trying to get on to the office no 1 answer the call im relly upset because I have my medical form to fill out by dr glodowski im try to reach out over 3 months now plus I went to visit the office to find out no 1 there all what ur hearing the on the 2nd floor but no where to be found can someone please assist me to locate the office thank you

Dr. Glodowski is an amazing person. But his office staffs are worst. Specially from desk lady Michelle. I complained to doctor about the office stuff, he said " I have no control over there. Once you call to the office for help, they will put on hold for ever. So I gotta change my PCP . I will not recommend this office to anyone unless they change the office stuff.

I had nothing but a great experience, the lady from the front desk was always very nice and treated me well, was well informed of all my questions and concerns, even though I had to walk-in without a previous appointment because I was not feeling well, she handled to make a time for the Doctor to see me, she managed it and made sure I got a notification 30 min before my appointment. When I came back for my appointment, the first two nurses were really kind and friendly, they both talked to me and explained as we proceeded through the medical history and my exams. Doctor Luis was very kind and nice to explain everything and very specific with the treatment and what I have (sinus infection that ran down my lungs), I have nothing but amazing reviews, although I was a little worried because I saw some bad reviews at first, I was happily surprised for good and not for bad, I’m thankful I got medication prescribed for that infection and now am ready to recover, thanks u!!
