Dr. Adler is a great physician. He took the time to get to know me and hear me out on all of the items I was concerned about. He walked me through his suggestions and explanations for everything that was bothering me. Dr. Adler is professional and thorough, I highly recommend him to anyone that might have him in their health network.

Dr Adler is a great doctor. I have been a patient of his since 2015 and he has always taken good care of me. He is friendly with a positive attitude. I highly recommend Dr Adler.

Dr. Adler didn't speak much to me when I went into his office. My therapist and I wrote out a list of all my symptoms because I have anxiety that causes me to forget everything I'm going to say. After I read out the script, he sat hanging over his papers and checked to make sure that my insurance was going to pay for this meeting in which he spoke about 15 sentences. The staff was also rude to an Indian family when I was in the waiting room. They wouldn't even look at the father when he was trying to ask when the doctor, with whom he had an appointment, would come in because the doctor was late. I'm only going back if it is the very last option instead of going to a hospital.

Dr. Adler is great. Just great! The office is another story. Be prepared to be seen by the doctor no less than an hour after your appointed time. Once, I had to wait 2.5 hours.

I booked a new paitent appointment for 11 am today and basically got left waiting in the paitent waiting area. They have the nerve to tell u to be a half hour early then they cannot keep their appointments. To make it worse I booked the appointment three weeks in advance. I got very frustrated and cancelled the appointment right there without even seeing the doctor and left. The receptionist told me there were two paitents ahead of me but I saw a good 15 to 20 people in the room so her math did not really add up. I have no intention on making a doctor my primary care physician that cannot keep his appointments. Especially with the fact that I was a new paitent appointment I would think they would like to make a good first impression. That's a red flag for me. To make it even worse I took a day off of work and pretty much out 600 for a days pay. U would not expect this kind of treatment from a nyu langone doctor.
