Dr. Patel treated my migraines through a Union health center. He didn’t get it right the first time around but he sure did his best to help me and did in the end. He is a very nice, soft spoken gentleman. He was genuinely interested in helping me and eventually he did figure out a combo of medicines to help me alleviate my pain. I miss him in the Queens health center and wish he would come back. I definitely recomend Dr. Patel and would love to continue to have him as my doctor. I did also visit him in an outpatient appointment approved by the union health center. His private office was very nice. The staff was wonderful. I will say that the reception area was a bit crowded at times but again the service given was 100% professional and caring.

My experience with this office has been superb. The office staff is friendly, helpful and compassionate. Dr. Patel does a great job of not just treating the specific condition of the patient that is of concern, but also treating the patient health overall. A combination of western medicine, nutrition and alternative practices are encouraged and supported. Five stars, highly recommend.

his office is so much inconvenient. you tell them you are coming from a 3 hour drive so please make sure my insurance covers this appointment. They say yes it does dont worry, you arrive at your appointment then they say you need a reference from your private doctor get that in, then they say we are sorry your insurance doesn't covers this visit. So why the hell you say something one day and then the next day something else. They take good advantage of there patients. Worse place ever.

I’ve been going to Dr Patel for a little over 2yrs now and I’ve experienced nothing but EXCELLENCE from him and his staff as well. Cindy herself is excellent and works in a very timely manner in getting insurance approval!!!
