Honestly the best and most personable doctor I’ve ever encountered. He really cares about his patients and actually spends time talking to them.

Dr Koo is great but his receptionists could be more professional. I called today at 3pm and was put on hold for 15min after I said I wanted to schedule an appointment, and after i waited 15minutes the call got disconnected. They could be busy so I just waited 20minutes more and then called again. They answered and I hear them talking in the background, but then I hear the phone being hung up. I called once more right after and it goes straight to voicemail. I’m changing my PCP because of the receptionists. The few years I’ve been going to this office, receptionist was RARELY professional especially when its over the phone. A few weeks ago, I called to ask a question, receptionist replied with “Are you asking me or telling me?” When it was obviously a question. I’m done with this office, Dr Koo being a kind, attentive doctor isn’t enough anymore.

Receptionist is horrible!! Rude!! Does not care. My family has been going to Dr Koo for 20 years love Dr Koo but Iam going to have to find a new primary Dr. Calling for a week for a refill of my mom's prescription and no call back. I believe Receptionist is not giving the messages to the Dr.

Avoid at all cost. Husband went for an annual but never received a call nor any follow up on the results. We never saw the results of the lab. A WHOLE YEAR LATER, we get a $700 bill for labs that we never even saw. So they never even bothered to bill his insurance that he provided nor did he follow up. what a joke

I love Dr Koo! His heart is pure and he’s able to build such a repertoire with his patients, which I believe is key. He also has a sense of humor so the appointments go by pretty fast. His receptionists are also very hard working and professional. I recommend him to you and your family!
