I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this gastroenterology office. The service was extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and dismissive. Appointments were delayed without explanation, and the staff seemed indifferent to patients’ concerns. The consultation felt rushed and questions were not answered thoroughly, leaving me frustrated and unheard. Overall, this was by far the worst gastroenterology experience I’ve ever had. I regret wasting my time and money here.

I hadn't even become a patient yet and was turned off immediately! When I called , they answered the phone & immediately placed the call on hold without saying hello, acknowledgement, or a proper hold request. I had to callback about 3 times before getting someone & when I addressed the concern I was advised that they were understaffed, etc. I advised her without patients there'd be no practice, which means no job. It's a turn off for new patients & you're potentially losing business this way. She didn't say much else. I called back a couple days later after getting an appointment, to re confirm my appointment & the sane thing happened again [ I was placed on hold for 5+ minutes before hanging up, no one acknowledged or greeted the call

2 hours wait time to see this overrated doctor for 5 minutes IF you're lucky. He tends to deferred to his medical staff far less prepared. Don't recommend. Para los pacientes que hablan español, repito: NO LO RECOMIENDO.

Worst place ever when book appoinment for endoscopy 5-7 patient booked at the same time. On top of that without eating since 7:00pm. Appoinment at 10:00 you get to be seen at 11:30am

Far from perfect. He has WAY too many patients, so you wait for hours to be seen. Even though you make an appointment, it means nothing. And even when you're being seen, you feel rushed just so he can see as many people as possible.
