October Rayne
Dr. Harris is very caring and concerned about his patients. He listens and always explains to where the patient understands. He never makes his patients feels like they can ask the uncomfortable questions, he gives you a sense of ease as soon as he walks in the room. You definitely leave his office feeling very satisfied.

I stopped seeing Dr. Harris a while ago for many reasons but one being the most important. At one point in time I was losing hair, more than normal. I decided I'd go see a dermatologist. She took blood work and explained that I was low in vitamin D and had a positive anti-body. The dermatologist said it could have something to do with my thyroid and told me to see my general doctor for further test. I went to Dr. Harris and explained what was going on and he said he didn't know why the dermatologist would tell me to go check my thyroid when I don't have a history of thyroid problems. Now, this was unsetting because he completely dismissed the possibility that I could have a thyroid issue. That was an inappropriate answer, just because someone may not have a history of something, doesn't mean they don't have it now. This wasn't the first time he had done this. Doctor's like him are so quick to ignore patient concerns and request. He brushed them off as if they were nothing. This is the biggest reason why people become sick without even knowing. It's unfortunate that Dr. Harris didn't want to investigate what was going on with me and couldn't even give me a better answer besides taking a vitamin D supplement. Dr. Harris didn't even fathom the thought of whether he should run test or even blood work to see what was wrong with me. So, because of this I didn't want to waste my time anymore. My health was to important. I stopped going to this clinic and found an endocrinologist myself. I found out that I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and now I'm living with a tyroid nodule that I must monitor every 6 months. I hope this review can help patients fight for their health and never take no for an answer. Doctor Neglect must stop.
