I saw Dr. Chen for my surgical clearance this time. His calm and patient demeanor always makes me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. He was very thorough in preparation for my surgery. His Medical Assistant- Santiago has Great communication, which helped distract me from my blood draw. Medical Assistant- Stephanie was very professional with my EKG made it quick and easy. From my experience as a patient, the Stuyvesant Town staff communicates well and works together as a team.

Dr Chen is quick, thorough, and thoughtful while still taking the time to listen to all of my concerns.

Dr. Chen recently became my PCP and I am glad about that. He is takes the time to really listen and he is understanding, patient, and caring. The entire set up at Mount Sinai in Stuy Town is great. The office is modern and clean and it is easy to make in-person and remote appointments. I had some issues with the amount of my copay and the reception staff were less than helpful when I called in about it and gave the run around. Apart from that, my experience has been very positive and I highly recommend Dr. Chen.

Dr. Chen is a wonderful doctor. Extremely professional, polite, detail-oriented and meticulous. It's evident he cares about your health as a patient. Great appointments and I always learn something new.

Dr. Chen is great. He has a great sense of humor, a fully developed bedside manner, and a welcoming demeanor. Santiago, Dr. Chen's assistant is just as welcoming and politely conversational. Both Dr. Chen and Santiago are dope. I would recommend Dr. Chen with full confidence.
