Jonathan Edward Eckstein, DO

Dr. Eckstein is an excellent doctor. He is thorough, has excellent bedside manner and cares about his patients. I Highly recommend him!

My wife and I were very impressed with Dr. Jonathan Eckstein. We found him during a search for a new primary care doctor. From the very beginning he took the time to listen to us, to ask questions, to answer our questions, and to engage and debate and discussion about our treatment. He is up to date in regards to the medical literature and has an open mind about treatment. He has an excellent bedside manner and practices what he preaches. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found him and would highly recommend him to others. He seems to be one of the few good ones out there.

One of the best doctor you can visit, I started seeing doctor Eckstein in Feb of 2023, Never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes the staff are all amazing, What I appreciate the most is he take that extra time to discuss your health and what you can do to improve it. I would highly recommend Dr Eckstein to anyone looking for a great primary care .Thank You for Changing my LIFE.

Dr. Jonathan E. Eckstein is a fantastic family medicine doctor and I wouldn’t choose anyone else as my primary care provider. My first visit with him exceeded every ounce of my expectations. He listened carefully to everything I said, no matter how presumptuous and biased it may have sounded to him, and managed to fill my medical gaps by addressing every concern I had. With a tremendous attention to detail, he immediately took action to a previous autoimmune illness that I had eight years ago because he wanted to see if anything was left apart or if my levels are abnormal. Throughout the whole process, I felt safe and hopeful all due to Dr. Eckstein’s diligence. Overall, I would describe Dr. Eckstein as truly knowledgeable, attentive, smart and tenacious to his patients’ medical needs.

I was called from dr eckstein office in Howard beach that I was due for a visit , my appointment was for the 8th 11:45 am I called the langone line to advise that I was coming from job in which I left half a day to keep appointment a bit late !As I was walking off the elevator a staff member called and he oiled not see me because he had no room for me as I walked through door no one was there!!!!! Absolutely empty!!! Very unprofessional on his part I lost half a days pay because mayb he had plans to see solar eclipse I arrived exactly 18 minutes late !!! Never again I recommend another doctor who truly cares for his patients!! If he had plans mayb he should had stayed home ….
