I don’t write reviews even though I always read them. I came to look up his address for a specialist appointment and was sad to see he doesn’t have 5 star reviews. Dr. Fernandez is a gifted medical professional and I dealt with far too many. He has literally saved my father’s life, mine and my brothers. He is kind, HUMBLE, and really really cares about the person who he is treating. However, I have to agree I do not understand why his front desk is either extremely elderly or over worked. Paper prescriptions? Very long waits. But I know why people come back. He is an amazing doctor.

> My doctor welcomed me from the very first moment as if I were a member of their own family. Extremely attentive, patient, and understanding. They listened carefully to all of my questions and explained everything without rushing. I felt safe, respected, and truly cared for. With both outstanding medical knowledge and a compassionate approach, this doctor truly deserves 5 stars. I highly recommend them.

The doctor is an amazing doctor but his staff is the worst I have seen, they are beyond nasty, rude and it is a shame that the doctor allows this in his office. They have no customer service, they need anger management, miserable staff!!!!!!

This doctor is very compassionate & takes his time with you. He listens to you & answers all your questions/concerns. Gives a thorough check-up. He is very calm & easy to feel comfortable with. I always get nervous when I visit any doctor, but I'm very relaxed with Dr. Fernandez.

I have been his patient for about 5 years. His receptionists are very nasty. I am currently pregnant and received a voicemail saying "when patients are pregnant, he does not handle their care". Pregnant people need a primary care physician the same as anyone else does. Only paper prescriptions for lab work, very inconvenient
