Jennifer Marie Caruana, D.O.

Dr. Jennifer Caruana is truly amazing. She took me in even though her schedule is always full and spent almost 45 minutes with me, listening carefully to every concern I had. She was warm, kind, and very thorough — she answered all my questions and helped me plan what to do next after my infection. Even though she’s a very busy doctor, she found time to see me within just a few days when I reached out. I’m so grateful for her care, compassion, and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Sadly I have to give a 1 star, she was such a great doctor, but she must have so many patients because after your first appointment you will never be able to see her again. I seen her about 9 months ago made her my PCP she was great for the first few months for medical issues I was having. Well as PCP I should be seeing her when I’m not feeling well. The time came for when I wasn’t feeling well, so I tried to call and make an appointment, well you’ll never believe but she had nothing available until September… it was March when these issues occurred. How do you have not one single appointment available in the time in between I have no idea. Why are you so over booked. You’ll have to anticipate you’re going to be sick months in advanced so you can schedule an appointment that’s honestly ridiculous. But sadly her great skills are not worth being sick until she has an availability. Sadly once you see one of them you also can’t see the other in the office. Her and I believe her husband work together yet when I tried make one with him instead cause he had the available space they called me back and said I can’t do that. Well that’s such bull but thanks to this I have found a doctor who has actual time for their patient.

Dr. Caruana is hands down the best, top notch, most caring, compassionate, and professional doctor I have ever met. My parents are both patients of hers. I do not live so close to this office but am looking to still travel and see her as my PCP. She is patient, takes her time, and is very thorough during their visits, explaining everything to them (and me) and is excellent with follow-through on medical questions or returning and explaining medical results. I never feel rushed or a burden. If you are looking for great care, especially in my case, with senior parents, I 100% recommend Dr. Caruana. If there is a wait time to see her, I consider that a good sign and it's because she is the best!

I wish I could rate higher! Dr. Jenn is beyond an exceptional Doctor! I never had an issue as MYChart makes it easy to message and video her for any in between visits! She is caring, thorough and has an extreme warm bedside manner. The entire office is so wonderful, I never have to wait long.

Dr. Jennifer Caruana is very personable and truly cares about the well being of her patients. She takes the time to go through your chart during your well visit to see what referrals or tests you need. My husband also goes to her. She is our primary doctor. We don't wait long to be seen. The front desk staff are super nice and so is Dr. Jen's nurse. The office takes blood now so you don't need to go to LabCorp (although they are upstairs). I would highly recommend her.
