Jason C Baker, M.D.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Jason Baker, endocrinologist, at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell is an exceptional physician. He has cared for me for years and is always attentive to my medications, my overall health, and how I am feeling emotionally. He coordinates my care with other doctors and truly listens. As an elderly patient with multiple medical conditions and significant anxiety, I feel safe and supported under his care. His compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern make an enormous difference in my life. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Jason Baker and to NewYork-Presbyterian for having such a remarkable doctor.

See Dr Baker once a year and he is a truly great physician at Cornell. Super thorough going over personal medical records while in the room and figuring out a logical plan of attack to rule things out. Never feel rushed when seeing him and never have to wait in a treatment room too long either! Appointments have to be made fairly far in advance which is true of most Cornell physicians (especially the good ones) but he is very accessible by text and video visits as well.

Dr. Baker is a fantastic endocrinologist. I have been seeing him for nearly 17 years. His nurse Anna is lovely and efforts to get prescriptions updated are always handled quickly. The back office, including people who manage scheduling and billing, can be very challenging and require frequent follow up.

Dr J Baker is a physician I highly recommend! Dr B and his staff are extremely easy to communicate with thru the portal. Dr B has a great bed side manner and truly cares. Most importantly he has helped me become a healthier and happy person treating my many thyroid issues. Dr B is a great physician with great knowledge as well as a kind human being.

Dr. Baker and his team are wonderful caregivers. I've seen Dr. Baker for many years for Type 1 Diabetes and Thyroid issues. I have done very well under his care and it has everything to do with his expertise treating endocrine disorders. He's truly amazing!. And his nursing staff - really, all of his staff, nursing or otherwise - are all exceptional. One of his nurses, Dan, was a great help to me this year when I was on disability. He took care of paperwork matters with my disability provider quickly and efficiently. But beyond that, he was just incredibly compassionate to me while I was dealing with a challenging health challenge.
