I waited weeks for this appointment, arranged time off work, and rushed to get there—only to be turned away because I was 7 minutes late. Not by the front desk, but by the doctor themselves, who refused to see me. Even the staff looked surprised and uncomfortable, which says a lot. No effort to understand, no flexibility, no empathy. Just a flat “no”. It’s incredibly frustrating to rearrange your day, leave work, and make health a priority—only to be treated like an inconvenience. If you want a provider who values patients’ time and shows basic compassion, this isn’t the place.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Was told I would get test results back in 24-48 hours, It took a full week. When the initial results came back, the doctor didn't prescribe me any medicine as he wanted to wait for the other tests. I was told by an ER doctor and two pharmacists that it is standard practice to issue medicine due the the initial results immediately. Days later when the results finally came in, I was notified that Dr. Friedlander is on a 2 week vacation. No medicine has been prescribed and I am still sitting here in pain. The office manager and office staff are also incompetent, and called me to tell me a FIFTH test I did for a urine culture, did not get done, and asked me to come in the following week to see another doctor, to re-do the test. STILL no medicine prescribed for the UTI I have, which is clearly the case. This doctor and this entire office should be your absolute LAST option in terms of care. I will not be returning, and I'm absolutely shocked Mount Sinai allows this group to be under their umbrella. I will be escalating.

Dr. Friedlander has an excellent bedside manor, he is thorough and he LISTENS to me as a patient. Couldn't ask for a better doctor!
