I highly recommend Dr. Aisenberg! He is very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He took extra time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable knowing that he really listened and cared about what I was saying! Dr Aisenberg is incredibly smart but communicates in a very understandable and clear way. He is confident but also really warm and empathetic. He is a very special doctor who not only has extraordinary professional expertise but also a wonderful personality.

I simply could not be more pleased by my experience with Dr Aisenberg and New York Gastroenterology Associates. The Dr was easy to communicate with via the portal(and I’m not a portal guy!), and not only did he ask and answer questions in a way that made me feel comfortable( and confident in him), but he was able to successfully convince Cigna to cover an expensive additional procedure they initially had denied. From the moment I arrived at the NYGA office I noticed that everyone ( really, everyone!)I interacted with was genuinely pleasant, like really nice. But not at the expense of efficiency- that place runs like clockwork! But a chill clockwork, no one’s rushing. Dr Aisenberg was a pleasure to meet in person, very direct and engaged. Reassuring, and again, comforting. Fortunately everything went well, and the wrap up was handled as professionally as everything else. I rarely take the trouble to write reviews, but I was so impressed by Dr Aisenberg and his team that I’m glad I received the invitation to share my experience.

Excellent experience. Office staff was kind and wonderful and so was Dr. Aisenberg. The one thing I noticed was that my throat wasn’t sore after the endoscopy like it has been in the past. And although a colonoscopy isn’t a fun experience, this office runs like a well-oiled machine. And that instilled a lot of confidence. I’m recommending Dr. Aisenberg and his staff wholeheartedly.
