Google review (LaNYC): 1 star is too generous. If your a black woman this Dr is not the one for you. The amount of times I had to advocate for my mom to get a decent level of care is outrageous. She was found to have 2 serious health issues that were being overlooked that was found by others. If you want someone who actually cares she is not the doctor for you

Google review (Stephany KK): I'm not a person who writes reviews unless I moved to whether its for a good or bad reason and its only written after quite some time. Dr. Ha has been my PCP over seven years now and although I haven't always agreed with her suggestions of changing some of my bad habits or sending me for what feels like every test made for mankind in my gut I know she has my best interest at heart. After doing my health homework :) suggested over a period of time the majority of my health scores are within normal range now to which I owe her the credit for gently guiding me to get on the ball. My biggest frustration is not with her but with NYU and their scheduling system. We are all different creatures dealing with different health issues and Dr. Ha will not misrepresent that she can fix complaints of hip pain but she will refer you to the appropriate specialist who can. She's one of the better doctors i"ve had the experience of dealing with and I am very happy.

Google review (Lily X): Like other reviews said, she sends you off to specialists. For the years I’m with her, I’m starting to notice that she’s incapable of treating the smallest thing like constipation - sent me off to GI after I complained; she missed important tests like Vitamin D, and she always asks me to schedule another appointment to discuss any of my tiny questions sent through the portal, which could be months away. I’m quitting her.

Google review (David R): My wife is a stage four cancer pancreatic patient and Dr. Ha is her primary care physician. Nine days ago, we asked her oncologist whether she should get a second covid booster and he immediatly responded saying we should ask her primary care physician. Using the hospitals patients care portal, we asked Dr. Ha. Despite multiple follow-ups both in the system and by phone we have yet to receive any form of response or even explanation for delay.

Google review (Anna Skorobogatov): I had to meet Dr. Ha on two different occasions while my regular PCP wasn’t available. Dr. Ha’s approach is to give as little explanation as possible, to refer you to another specialist and to scare you off by saying that symptoms you experience maybe signs of cancer, just like that right off the bat! I went to see two other doctors who in very professional way told me that whoever referred me for consultation, had no clue!
I’m planning to quite going to NYU Langone offices, level of care is a joke
