My experience with Dr Helen Chen was very good. She was very patient and detailed on every tiny symptoms I had during my visit. Their office staffs are nice on scheduling and arranging the appointment that patients no need to have a long wait in he lobby. I refer my family members and friends to dr Chen as well. All of them have very positive feedback

She is very patient to listen to all the details when you are explaining the symptoms you have. She is also attentive to her team to call and make sure you are okay after each treatment. Her team is patient and super friendly.

Extremely unprofessional. They are just trying to rob you and your insurance. Be prepared for surprises from their billing vendor. The doctor did not provide accurate information and is in a rush to the next appointment when you ask for additional details. Avoid at all cost. Only pros is that the front desk is polite and responds fast.

Dr.Helen Chen , is a great family Doctor she is very attentive to your needs , very polite and overall a caring person. I have been a patient of hers over 4 years and she checks you from A to Z makes sure your A okay!!!
