Most unhelpful rude staff. As usual there are no appointments available until weeks out, I was seen at urgent care and had a sonogram (a problem was found) urgent care gave me a referral to a specialist. I was at the specialist office but my primary needed to process the referral for insurance purposes. I called here and they refused even though I had test results due to me not being seen by them fine, I’ve agreed to be seen by them and leave the specialist office. I was given an appointment more than a week out. If a patient has a sonogram showing a problem and is in pain this is how you treat them. There are several offices and I’m willing to travel anywhere and under emergency circumstances you can’t accommodate me with a sooner appointment. What is the appointment for any how to look at my face because I already have test results and have a specialist

First wen I walk in to the clinic was very clean and only 2 people waiting to be attended, with there social distance and sanitize on the wall, the receptionist she's very nice and friendly, nurses are same nice and very friendly, wen the Dr Alba Donaghy walk in she was super friendly and make field very comfortable she wen thru with everything with explaining and ask me many questions making sure everything was taking care, I will extremely recommend Dr Alba Donaghy and clinic. Thank you so much for take care of me.

I have known Dr. Marciano all my life it seems. The staff that are there with him are great! They treat you with respect and are very caring. I don't know about the ones that pick up the phone but that has nothing to do with the doctor! Dr. Marciano cares deeply for his patients & gives them all the attention they need.

It really saddens me to write a bad review, but my mom was diagnosed with high triglycerides about two months ago, they prescribed a medicine that my pharmacy did not carry. We reached out to them for a solution like an alternative medication , and the receptionist were very rude, and could care less about finding a solution. She kept saying that she was going to let the doctor know, but I constantly called the pharmacy and there was nothing. My pharmacy has even tried to get in contact with this office so that they could send another medication, and they never help: My mom got in contact with them, and once again the receptionist was really annoyed and gave her an attitude, and even went to the office, and no help. Due to their lack of professionalism, and without the medicine my moms health has worsened and the high triglycerides have caused her blurry vision that is getting worse by the day. What is my mom to do when her general doctor isn’t helping her out. She is to the point where she doesn’t even want to call the office because they never offer kind words or solutions for their mistakes.

I began going to this doctors office because it was close to my home. Often visits would take up the entire day for me. I once waited 4 hours for my appointment the last two hours I was the only person in the office! Every visit was a different doctor (if most were med students), constantly sent to new office locations further and futher away. My last 2 visits I went for refills they never sent my refills to my pharmacy. I called 2x a day for 3 weeks leaving voicemails each time (because I could not reach a person), I finally had to go to their new offce 1 hour away to make an appointment for another day... finally was able to speak to a real doctor who was able to give me my much needed perscriptions. When he asked why I came in and didn't just call for these... I told him I called everyday for 3 weeks, and I am stil to this day (1/14/13 - waiting for a return call from September 2012). The doctor agreed that this was a problem within their practice, but I dont see any action taken to improve their service or their wait time. Poor Service, Extremely Long wait time, will not see the same doctor more than once, good luck ever getting a return phonecall, and be prepared to be bombarded with useless tests so they can charge your insurance.
