My visit with Dr Mahjoubi was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I went in for an implant procedure (broken/extracted tooth from years ago & was finally time to get it taken care of), & everyone from reception to the assistants/techs were great. The star, though, is the doc - pure class, warm, friendly, professional & clearly qualified. She made the experience smooth & as painless as possible. Going back for my follow up in 4mos, and expect a repeat of the great service.

I had a great experience with Dr. Mahjoubi. She and her team made me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions, and eased my concerns. My wisdom tooth removal process was quick and painless. Dr. Mahjoubi really cares about her patients and I'd highly recommend her!

I am writing this review to warn others about serious patient safety concerns related to my care with Ghazal Mahjoubi. This is not a complaint about customer service — it is about physical injury, privacy issues, and how concerns were handled afterward. During my wisdom tooth surgery (which included a coronectomy), my tongue was cut and required a stitch. After the procedure, I asked how this occurred. I was told it happened because I was “flopping around,” despite being under anesthesia. Patient movement while sedated is not within the patient’s control. The injury was minimized as “just a scratch,” even though it required suturing, and no clear explanation or accountability was provided. Separately, prior to surgery I privately disclosed marijuana use to staff for anesthesia safety. My parents were not present. After the procedure, this information was disclosed to my mother without my consent in a private conversation. When I later raised concerns, I was told that this disclosure and conversation never happened and that I had instead woken up unprompted and begun yelling. When I explained that I clearly remembered the interaction, I was told that I did not remember it correctly and that my account was unreliable because I was “on drugs.” No effort was made to review what occurred, explain the situation, or address the concern. Instead, my experience was dismissed outright. When I attempted to address these issues directly, the response became defensive, no explanation was offered, and we were ultimately asked to leave rather than have the concerns addressed. Patients undergoing surgery are unconscious and vulnerable. An intraoperative injury followed by blame-shifting, a privacy concern followed by denial, and a refusal to engage when concerns are raised is deeply troubling. I strongly recommend seeking a second opinion before receiving care here.

Dr. Mahjoubi and her team did a fantastic job to ensure that I had the best oral surgery experience. I came to remove one wisdom teeth, but they advised to go with a pair of upper and lower teeth which I agreed on. I had so many questions re the insurance coverage, flexible appointments and xrays which were answered to my full satisfaction, and even they were happy to accommodate my personal requests. Overall everything went smooth and I highly recommend this clinic for your wisdom teeth removal. Very friendly and knowledgeable team of professionals 😊

My college age son just completed wisdom tooth removal treatment. Wonderful appearance with Dr. Mahjoubi and her staff. They took the time to explain everything to both of us including recovery time and the insurance process. Dr. Mahjoubi also discussed alternatives to pulling out a tooth resting on a nerve and work around his class schedule. After my own prior experience of painful wisdom removal, I was glad to see my son heal well and quickly. Highly recommend this practice to all!
