Dr. Frantz F Backer, DDS

I had a great experience. Unfortunately after taking Xray the dentist Dr. Backer came in and said they don’t accept my insurance. The office is very nice and clean. My X-rays was done and I got a cleaning. Dr. Backer also has a good bedside manner. Apparently whoever answered the phone gave me incorrect info about my insurance being accepted.

Dr backer is the best and is always kind. He never pushes anything. He’s an all around great guy have been going here for almost 10 years

One of my coworkers recommended Dr. Backer after I found out my dentist no longer takes my insurance. Planning the visit was so easy and efficient. I was reached by text message and guided through the entire onboarding process. During the visit itself, the entire staff from the front desk to Dr. Backer himself was kind, patient and professional. There was even another patient who came without an appointment and they worked it out to accommodate her. It’s safe to say I will be sticking around!

I visited Dr. Backer’s office today for the first time. I was there for a general checkup and to have my teeth cleaned. My experience was wonderful from start to finish. The entire staff are both professional and pleasant. Joseph, the hygienist gave me the best and most thorough cleaning and pain free. Dr. Backer was very easy to communicate with. This office is definitely a keeper.

Dr. Backer has been my dentist for over 4 years. I would originally see him in his Queens location. But now he’s full time at his Brooklyn location which is a very easy commute for myself. He is very gentle, thorough, and caring. Willing to accommodate in any dental emergency. The staff is very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.
