She has been my Obgyn for years. She is absolutely phenomenal the staff at the front desk are accommodating and patient they go above and beyond. I am truly grateful for their service because they always took such great care of my health and continue to do so. I wouldn’t wanna go anywhere els

DR. Eman Al janabi BOTCHED my son’s circumcision !!!! 9 months later I have to put my baby under anesthesia to do a revision. Ridiculous to have to put a mother and her child through this. Beware, she treats you like a number, and clearly rushes through her work. I am so disappointed.

recently I visited Dr. Ihsan, an amazing gynecologist in the US, and I had the most wonderful experience. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely listens to everything you have to say. She takes her time to make sure all your concerns are addressed and provides thoughtful advice on what steps to take next. The staff is equally polite and professional, making the entire visit smooth and comfortable. The clinic itself is one of the best I’ve been to, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

I was looking for a female practice for my delivery. NYU recommended Dr Al-Janabi. I want to really like this practice but they run late all the time. Every single appt. I'm there 10-15 mins early. They are always running behind, at least 45 mins. It's just super frustrating when you are trying to plan your day / work day and they never run on time. It's also pretty frustrating when you meet with the team, they haven't looked at any of your data or history. Feels like I keep explaining the same details and reiterate all the data that is in my chart, including prenatal scans.

Thank you for your response, though I must say I find it deeply frustrating. While I understand patient confidentiality is paramount, I want to make it clear that as a patient, I am under no obligation to disclose my full name publicly in this review to maintain my privacy. HIPAA protects my right to confidentiality, and I have chosen to leave my name as "Karen Smith" to protect that privacy. That being said, I want to address your claim that you have no record of my visit. Prior to seeing KAITLIN BRANDOW, WHNP., I had a positive experience with the MD at your practice, who was professional and helpful. Unfortunately, that experience was not at all mirrored with NP Kate. Both my sister and I were subjected to unprofessional behavior. I was dismissed when I asked about referrals to specialists or further testing, and I left the office feeling judged based on my appearance. The lack of care, consideration, and respect shown by Kate was alarming and completely unacceptable. This happened in February 2023, and I’ve been trying to move past it. However, the experience was so degrading that I cannot ignore it any longer, which is why I am writing this review now. I am sharing this feedback not out of spite, but because I believe it’s critical that you understand the gravity of this issue. It’s not just about one bad appointment—it’s about how patients should feel safe, respected, and heard when seeking care. Kate’s behavior was inexcusable, and I would expect you to take these concerns seriously, not dismiss them. I strongly encourage you to look into this matter more thoroughly and take appropriate steps to ensure this kind of treatment does not happen to others. Everyone deserves better than what I experienced, especially when going to your OB is such a vulnerable experience in and of its self.
