I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. You have a long wait time only for the doctor to barely see you and dismiss your complaints. Sometimes no one even answers the phone or they say they'll return your call but never do, so you need to show up to ask questions. The doctor, if you can call her that, does not obtain a comprehensive medical history or symptom list and then decides to withhold medication and supports based on your appearance alone. The doctor is very arrogant and has a "know it all" attitude all the while not doing a thorough evaluation or submitting appropriate referrals. The front staff is unprofessional and seems like they do most of the work while the doctor sits back pompously. It seems like they care more about profits than patient care and health. If you want the care you deserve with dignity and professionalism this is not the place for you.

Ideally, I would give zero stars if google allowed that. The level of care that patients receive here is really disappointing. Not only do you have to sit here for hours on end, when you finally see this doctor, you're brushed off. The ladies in the front aren't professional at all. Seems like you're in a hair salon, rather than a doctors office. Please do yourself a favor and find a different doctor for yourself or your loved one. This place is an absolute joke.

Horrible to the tenth degree!!! It's sad to witness how Hispanic MDs take advantage and exploit their own people. The greatest thing about this doctors office are the seats in the waiting room. They also offer coffee - low grade quality tho. You'd rather get your coffee from the corner bodega.

Dr. Acosta is a kind and caring doctor, of which there are few now adays. I am thrilled my mother is her patient.

The office is a disaster. Dr. Acosta neglects patients. Many patients have left due to poor care and attention.
