Chien Chiang, M.D.

Moving from LA, it was difficult for me to find good care here in NYC. Dr Chiang and his nurse made me feel comfortable and cared for when I did my annual checkup. It was very efficient, fast, and comprehensive. The clinic is spacious, clean, and calming. Location is very convenient, off the Canal subway station, 5 mins walk from Tribeca and SoHo. Clinic is on the 7th floor.

Doctor chiang is impatient espacially some patients in the waiting room, he is more businessman to me. front desk girl used to be very rude but these 2 new girls now are very nice!

Doctor is okay, but so cold. The girls he hired which working in front desk, have very nasty attiude. The girl who name Lily, when the patient ask for the bathroom key, she answer it impatienly and with dirty look.

Our family used to see this doctor for quite a few years finally we gave up due to the poor front desk service including the doctor’s wife nasty attitude even had problem with billing I’m so glad not going there anymore .
