I thought choosing this provider would be a good idea, however I was mistaken. Not only did they lose my labs and never contacted me about it, they were so unsanitary in office that I knew I would never come back. I came for my annual physical 2 months ago, didn't even see the provider, and after the Head Nurse drew my blood, she stuck the needle into the medical chair..... This place gives insurance scam and I hope no one falls for it like I did.

This is such a great clinic. Every one in there is super kind. The first time I called the office I spoke with Reese. I was quickly impressed by his professionalism. Dr. Pagan is super nice as well. she takes her time with her patient. I have never seen that with any other doctor's office i been to. You know how they are always rushing. She is not like that. I am very pleased and would recommend the office to anyone.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Let’s start with check in! No one was there to greet you at the front desk for at least 20 minutes! They don’t ask y your there they just start testing you! I never saw the doctor just in passing! This place needs to be investigated!!!! For fraud!! I don’t believe she’s a real doctor! No medications sent to pharmacy nothing! I’m. Reporting this officer! And it’s in a apartment

Dr Pagan is a very nice, and thorough experienced doctor when it comes to creating a treatment plan, and discussing treatment options. Honestly she's a terrific doctor and I've learned to love her a lot. The office has gotten much quicker and more efficient

I’m a diabetic person, they not only do not send me the medicine on time but they do not send it to me at all, and I asked them for some medicine por my leg pain so I could work without pain, they told me they were going to prescribe something for me and they never did, the doctor is good but her assistant does not do everything the doctor orders, I am already desperate without medicine, everyone sends me back to my primary doctor who is this doctor, I do not know what to do anymore.
