This rating is as honest as it can get. I don't like leaving bad reviews. But sometimes its needed, especially for others that might be interested in visiting this location. Prepare yourself for let downs and rude behaviors from the secretary. I had called in a week prior to going and made an appoint to visit the doctor. Mind you this was a place I have been taking my family and myself for 3 generations. Today I experience, 15 mins before arrival that I had to change my pcp doctor and I drove almost 2 hours to get to their destination only because of being loyal. For those who know it takes hours on the phone to be able to change the pcp. Should this place had notified me a week ago when they knew about the insurance I wouldn't have wasted my 2 hour drive , gas and tolls. Once again the rating is for your Staff Dr. Diaz, 5 stars for the Original Dr Diaz. As for the new one, sorry can't give you one because we never go a chance to meet you. Best of luck with your facility.

She was all 4 of my kids pediatrician. One of the best. Hope she’s enjoying her retirement.
