Carla Adriana Lucacel, M.D.

We went to see Dr. Carla because my sibling was very sick and had a fever. After a long wait, the doctor examined her and did a flu test, telling us the results would be ready in 15 minutes. We waited 35 minutes with no update. Finally, I asked the secretary sitting at the desk on the left side about the result. It was already ready and sitting right next to her, yet she never informed us. This is serious negligence. Despite clearly seeing how sick my sibling was, the secretary showed no concern, did not listen, did not look at me, and only focused on her computer. Her behavior was cold, careless, and completely unprofessional. Someone like this should not be working in a medical office. If you care about your baby’s or child’s health and life, do NOT come to this doctor or this office. We will be filing formal complaints. This level of neglect is unacceptable.

The Dr. Lucacel is very friendly informative and has a great bedside manner. Unfortunately, the staff isn’t so friendly. I always smile and greet them and they look at me like I’m not supposed to? It happens every time I come here. I stay because Dr Lucacel is an exceptional doctor.

The office is very flexible with scheduling same day appointments for my children, they always see them right away when needed.

went to the worst healthcare spot in queens for my nephew and it was actually insane my nephew was shaking with a crazy fever right in front of me and the person sitting at the desk didnt care at all totally ignored us and made us wait way longer than necessary if you value your life fr this is a place you should never go number one on the do not go list

Since my son was a baby, I've always taken him to Dr. Carla, but since Dr. Nicole left the office, everything deteriorated. The care wasn't the same anymore; the change of medical assistants was very constant, and the appointments became more basic every day. They no longer took the time to review everything according to weight and height, among other things. I don't recommend her
