Augusto Adolfo Castrillon, M.D.

Dr. Castrillon is terrible. At the very worst he is prejudice and is perpetuating the experience of black women in the western healthcare system that we are unheard, unseen and uncared for. At the very least he is unprofessional, uncaring and a disgrace to the medical profession. He would have billed my insurance for a full annual check up and did not do that work. In any other profession, billing for work you didn’t do, that would be considered stealing and is grounds for firing at worst and a write up or probation at the least. I was in his office for only 3 minutes for a so-called annual check up that he did not perform at all.

!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!!!! Mr. Castrillon is very unprofessional. I had a virtual visit due to testing positive for COVID and I was not permitted to come in person. Following this appt castrillon refused to provide me a letter for my visit which is generally given. I contacted the office administrator Mr. Carl René and he asked Castrillon the reason and the Castrillon ignored him. Castrillon also refused to provide me a call black. Mr. Carl René claimed he will alert the office director. I have yet to receive any follow up calls.
