I had a fantastic experience with her also. I had been diagnosed with no options for my shoulder except surgery. Which I was having a difficult time accepting.. My shoulder had been getting worse recently. I had been recommended by friends to get an appointment with Dr Austin. She was thoughtful and gave me options for reliving the pain. I think what was also important to me she took my age into consideration. I am 81 years old and want to live my life to it fullest. Many thanks Dr. Austin.

Her bedside manner is truly amazing—she is kind, understanding, and genuinely caring. I really appreciated her straightforward approach, which made the entire process transparent and stress-free. Most importantly, she always has the best interest of her patients at heart. I highly recommend Dr. Austin to anyone seeking expert sports medicine care.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I came in for an injection but the procedure was barely explained and I had to stop the doctor to ask what was being done. Although I called ahead to inform the office I would be about 10 minutes late due to transit delays, The front desk staff made me feel as though it was my fault I might not be seen because of a rigid 10-minute grace period, despite my communication and efforts to arrive as quickly as possible. When I was finally seen, the doctor appeared rushed and made little eye contact. I left feeling uncomfortable and dismissed. If you are looking for a provider who explains procedures and shows basic bedside manner, I would not recommend this practice!

Dr. Austin is an amazing physician. She does a thorough examine in a pleasant patient manner. She fully explained my condition and went out of her way to help accommodate my needs. I have and will to recommend her to anyone.

My first encounter with Dr. Austin was very pleasant. She made me feel so comfortable and asks lots of great questions! She provided me with all of my options and made sure to answer all of my questions. I wish all doctors treated their patients like this. I am grateful to have met her.
