My Mom, Aunt and grandmother all went to him for a long while and ultimately all left because of his lack of attention to detail. My family was brushed off whenever they would try to advocate for themselves about something that felt off. Instead of sending them for tests he would say they were fine and be dismissive. Thankfully, my mom finally switched and is getting the proper health care she needs. Hes in it for the money and it shows in his staff as well.

I went with my support Dog as always do and today one off the staff told me the Doctor couldn’t see me because I was with my dog I was in a huge pain and emergency I still waiting since this morning for the doctor call and now is 4:48 pm have 6 crónicas health conditions not professional wasn’t the right way

Hands down he’s one of the best Latino doctors we have in the Bronx he listens understands and knows a lot about internal medicine he will try to lead you to a better solution for ya condition … and Yes !!! it can be busy but he takes his time with all his patients

I do not recommend this doctor. His appointment takes at least two hours for you to walk in to see him, and their staff at customer service. Are not professional if you guys really want good doctor and good customer service look somewhere else.

The staffs are nice and professional whenever I go there. Never had a problem. Both Dr Diaz and his wife are awesome individuals. The ladies at the front desk always treat me with respect. Overall one of the best clinic I ever been to.
