I've been a patient of Dr. Nayel's for about 20 years and I find him to be a fantastic person and knowledgeable, trustworthy doctor. Given my lifestyle and varied health issues, Dr Nayel has always shown me nothing but professionalism and genuine human compassion. He has been trying to ensure my lifespan is not cut short by my conditions, coupled with my "devil may care " approach to daily living. Even when I resist the professional advice he gives me, he still doesn't "give up" on his attempts to help me get better and adopt a more healthy routine in an effort to secure a longer term mortality than I have been told I have by other "medical professionals ". In summary, I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Nayel to everyone who is seeking a physician with the experience, knowledge and skills to be an effective medical provider, as well as someone who has the"personal touch" to reassure and communicate with you on a deeper level.

The doctor is good, but the workers deserve less than one star. You call them hundreds of times and they never answer.

Dr. Amr Nael is one of the most respected doctors. He is a competent, skilled, and honest person. I love him for the sake of God. I've been going to Dr Nayels office for over 25 years now from when I was a teenager. The office has gotten much better with wait times over the years and yes the front desk has been a hit or miss but you need to weight that with the good. They always have taken care of me and my family for decades and always make themselves available. Many people come without appointments and many of those people are the people that make the most noise. Dr. Nayel is a straight shooter and there will be people that take that the wrong way but I'll always respect honesty over empty words. I trust him with my life and that will always outweigh any slight negatives as there is no perfect Dr. Office. All the doctors are amazing in the office.
